Note:

Reservations for the Lodge at Camp Fleming will be considered pending, until a staff member approves the reservation (within 72 hours). In all cases, you will receive an email confirmation from RecDesk after the reservation has been confirmed or denied.

Once your reservation is approved, an invoice will be issued to you and it will be required to be paid within one week of receiving your reservation confirmation. Failure to submit the deposit will result in cancellation of your reservation. If the lodge is used as scheduled and left clean according to checkout procedures, the deposit will be refunded. Please allow 3–5 business days after your reservation ends for the refund to be processed.

Check in time is at 2:00 PM, Check out time is at 12:00 PM
Please note that you may only check in after 2:00 p.m. on the day you reserved, and you must check out at 12:00 on the final day that you reserved.

Need to access your forms or reservation details?
You can find your completed waiver forms, reservation confirmation, check-in/check-out instructions, and receipts anytime by logging into your RecDesk account and visiting the “Household” page. In addition, you will receive a reminder email one week prior to your arrival.
